A week of making jellies, jams, and preserves

I canned peaches, apples, two different types of applesauce, hatch chili jam, grape jam, apple butter, caramel apple butter and concord grape jam.  I don’t know what I was thinking…  Seriously.  I had gotten a box of some of the last peaches for the season, and a box of matsu apples from whitehall produce.  I also had to ORDER hatch chilis this year, as the local grocery store was not going to get any in.  (btw..the jam is phenomenal).  So with nothing else to do..I set out to do some canning.  My feet hurt for a week.
